    CU*Answers has recently announced the addition of Horizon Utah Federal Credit Union as its 90th stock owner.  The Farmington, UT-based credit union serves more than 15,000 members in the Greater Salt Lake City Area.

  • CU*BASE Deploys New Help System

    The credit union data processing system, CU*BASE, is incorporating a new online help system termed “Show Me the Steps”.   According to CU*Answers, this feature is available with the 10.3 software release which became available to online processing credit unions October 17th.  Self-processing credit unions are scheduled for release enhancements in November.

  • Call Center Provides Conversion Support

    Xtend, Inc., a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, has recently provided call center support for the members of Heartland Credit Union, the Springfield, IL-based credit union ($200M, 24,000 members) for its core data processing upgrade.  Heartland Credit Union converted to the CU*BASE core data processing suite from CU*Answers during the 2nd quarter of 2010.
