Two of CU*Answers’ internal teams, Lender*VP and Earnings Edge, have partnered together for a unique consulting engagement – the Management Tune-Up. The Lender*VP team consists of experts on all things lending related – consumer, indirect, real estate and collections. Earnings Edge is a team with an operational efficiency focus from strategies and configurations to the necessary tools. The vast experience of these two teams, combined with the respective areas of expertise creates impactful results for credit unions.

The typical engagement consists of two days on-site with teaching, coaching, troubleshooting and observation. The projects are truly custom tailored for individual clients to incorporate the credit union’s strategic goals into CU*Answers recommendations. “In addition to the time on-site, a real value add for clients is the follow up they receive from us for the next 12 months going forward,” said Pete Winninger, Vice President of Professional Services. The teams completed multiple engagements in 2015 and have future engagements booking well into 2016.
