CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based CUSO, announced a recent enhancement to its CU*BASE® data processing software that improves on its global search function. Previously, staff had the ability to search for an account on the last four digits of the member’s credit card; the enhancement now enables staff to search based on ATM and debit cards.
