The Collections team, a division of CU*Answers Lender*VP, recently announced that it broke its previously held record for accounts serviced in a year. After having a banner year in 2014 with over 110,000 accounts worked, 2015 has already turned out over 118,000 accounts serviced. Jerry Collins, Collections Team Leader said, “We are seeing more large credit unions turn to our services as we are able to consistently and judiciously work the accounts day in and day out. We are saved from the interruption other collectors face with filling in for missing employees or busy times of days or weeks. That is where we shine.”
