CU*Answers Item Processing, in partnership with eDOC Innovations, has successful implemented its first wave of Mobile RDC processing for twelve credit union clients. Located across the contiguous states, these credit unions were either new to RDC or have converted from another vendor. No matter the experience level, all have access to global and member level business rules and were able to choose from a variety of clearing houses.
The responsibilities of the Item Processing team go well beyond software implementations to include CU staff trainings and ongoing Level 1 support.
