CU*Answers announced it will host its second Network Services IT Boot Camp in October, for which it is now accepting applications. This past spring, CU*Answers held its first IT Boot Camp event, which received rave reviews. The biannual Network Services IT Boot Camp, held at CU*Answers corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is designed to provide credit union IT staff an in‐depth knowledge of CU*BASE^® and ProDOC installation and troubleshooting. The event also aims to achieve tighter integration between credit union IT staff and the CU*Answers Network Services team.

With a two-day session held each quarter, the Boot Camp is an intensive training experience that provides participants with an in-depth knowledge of core product installation and troubleshooting, as well as an inside look at CU*Answers Network Services reporting, security, and administration tools and standards.
