CU*Answers Chief Operations Officer Geoff Johnson, and the designer of the 247 Lender decision model, Peter DeForest from Portfolio Defense, recently collaborated in a joint webinar session for credit unions currently utilizing the CU*BASE^® core processing platform. The conference, which was offered free to credit unions, offered insight into the design and capabilities of the automated decision model.

“The 247 Lender decision model has the power to reduce risk and increase reward for many credit unions,” remarks Johnson. Credit unions benefited by participating in a historical overview of the model and heard comments from the designer himself.
