West Michigan-based CU*Answers and its sister CUSO, Xtend, have partnered together again to provide five hundred free outbound calls to credit unions on the CU*Answers core platform, CU*BASE®. This is the second year that CU*Answers and Xtend have offered to assist credit unions in increasing credit union member patronage and revenue opportunities.
When asked if there was a “catch” to the free program, a CU*Answers spokesperson responded simply that “There isn’t one. It is just one of the ways that CU*Answers and Xtend have combined resources to help demonstrate that targeted outreach campaigns to members work.” This year credit unions can choose from five different campaigns for their five hundred free calls: Where Your Member Borrow, Post-Soft Score Engagement, Mortgage Awareness, Deposit/Off Trial Balance/Plastics, and Introduction to Branch (Dash for Cash).
CU*Answers and Xtend continue to partner with their credit union owners and clients to collaborate as a cooperative partners. A CU*Answers representative added, “At CU*Answers we believe that when our credit unions succeed we succeed. It’s more than just a traditional vendor-client relationship; it’s a partnership.”
