Chiphone FCU, an $89M credit union based in Elkhart, Indiana, recently introduced a redesigned approach for their checking products that included the introduction of added services. The project involved taking their existing single checking product and breaking it into two checking products that members can choose from. The first checking product provides identification protection services through the use of a third party partner and the second checking product provides a solution for members who desire a more traditional checking product.
