CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, now offers detailed credit score soft pulls as part of the most recent CU*BASE software release. This feature gives the credit union employee the ability to pull a detailed credit report on the desired member at any point in the member relationship. In the past this has not contained any information aside from score alone and could only be done in batches. This enhancement puts a substantial amount of knowledge in the hands of the credit union. Within only seconds, the employee can see all the opportunities available to that member as it relates to refinance or new lending opportunities. This is a benefit for both the credit union and the member.
