West Michigan based data processor, CU*Answers, announced it will be holding the next Collections Roundtable for its clients on May 9th at its Headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The one-day event is an opportunity for credit union staff to discuss collection-related topics among their peers.  CU*Answers will hold two sessions in the morning and the afternoon.

“Collections Roundtables are initiated by our peers, for our peers,” states Jerry Collins, CU*Answers Collections Manager. Collins continues, “At Roundtables, credit unions have the chance to sit in a relaxed forum to discuss and ask questions about any collections-related topic, whether or not it’s related to CU*Answers’ flagship data processing system; CU*BASE^®.”

Since 2010 CU*Answers is host to one event per quarter and has served over 300 professionals in the credit union collections environment. CU*Answers is proud to offer this unique event at no charge to clients.
