The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers is pleased to announce that they recently hired three team members from their sister CUSO, Xtend, Inc. The Client Services and Education team is a great place for an individual to begin their career at CU*Answers. The team is the front line of support for clients as it relates to CU*BASE®, CU*Answers’ core software platform. “Due to the nature of the calls; being on the Client Services and Education team requires an in-depth understanding of the software,” states Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of the Client Services and Education Team. “The experience that individuals gain in the Client Services and Education team is invaluable, and provides opportunities for growth within the organization.”
Pauline VanZalen, Manager of the team added: “The Client Services and Education team is proud of the internal training programs that we have. We work with our team so they gain expertise in many areas in an effort to propel their careers. Our team is not only the front line of support for the software, they also host training sessions throughout the year, are responsible for training our new clients prior to converting to CU*BASE, as well as post conversion support.”
Since Xtend primarily services CU*Answers clients, the new team members will be able to hit the ground running as they will already have a familiarity with the core software.
