The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers is pleased to announce that they recently hired two team members from their sister CUSO, Xtend, Inc. Xtend offers a wide variety of services to CU*Answers clients and their members, using the same core software, CU*BASE®. “The Client Services and Education Team is a great place for an individual to begin their career at CU*Answers,” states Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of the Client Service and Education team. “The team is the front line of support for clients as it relates to CU*BASE, CU*Answers’ core software platform. Due to the nature of the calls being on the Client Services Team requires a very in-depth understanding of the software.” Welch-Vilker added, “The experience that individuals gain on the Client Service Team is invaluable, and provides opportunities for growth within the organization.”
Client Services team manager Pauline VanZalen noted, “The Client Services and Education Team is proud of the internal training programs that we have. We work with our team so they gain expertise in many areas in an effort to propel their careers. Our team is not only the front line of support for the software, they also host training sessions throughout the year, are responsible for training our new clients prior to converting to CU*BASE, as well as post conversion support.”
