Servicer Edition represents a comprehensive suite of software products and services that allows businesses to better leverage customer relationships, while simplifying their internal technology buying decisions.
Xtend, a Grand Rapids, MI-based CUSO was formed in 2002 to provide back office, loan servicing and marketing services to credit unions who either lacked resources or didn’t have the internal expertise needed to perform the work required. Today, Xtend is utilizing Servicer Edition for a variety of their daily business processes.
Scott Collins, EVP National Sales and Marketplace Relationships for CU*Answers said, “Xtend originally implemented Servicer Edition to support their customer’s inbound/outbound contact center and back office general ledger/bookkeeping requirements. Today, the list of services has grown to include customer, online inquiry and posting functions, mortgage and participation loan set-up and servicing, customer data analytics, extensive reporting features and much more.” Collins added the CUSO has also benefited from a collaborative development environment resulting in new Servicer Edition tools to constantly improve the scope of tools Xtend can offer. He mentioned that Xtend also partners with other cuasterisk.com network partners for additional services such as web site development and hosting, data communications/firewall management and disaster recovery.
Xtend President and CEO Liz Winninger said, “We could not operate as effectively without the Servicer Edition platform. We are able to teach business leaders about the software as it is intended to be used and create best practices for helping meet a client’s business goals. We are focused upon utilizing every component of Servicer Edition which we can to make Xtend’s staff as effective as possible.”
