Xtend Inc., a Grand Rapids-based CUSO, announced yesterday that it has completed its 200th joint marketing campaign for 2017. “Last year at this time we had launch approximately 35 campaigns,” said Xtend CEO Liz Winninger. “200 campaigns with months left to go is a testament to our participating credit unions and partners.”
The CUSO runs marketing campaigns for credit unions of all sizes, focusing on various marketing channels to drive awareness among members. Xtend works with the credit union to assist with communication campaigns at various levels, either teaching the credit union how to do it on their own, preparing the content, or running the campaign from start to finish.
Xtend also works with credit unions on their new member onboarding strategies, and new services onboarding strategies. Over 100 credit unions currently work with Xtend on their member education, product and services awareness, and retention goals.
