In early January, Xtend Inc. a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based CUSO announced that it had begun a demolition and construction project that would become their new corporate headquarters. With the construction project complete, all of the Xtend business units – Member Reach, the Xtension Call Center, Audit Link, Bookkeeping Services and Administrative Operations — are now consolidated into a state-of-the-art facility.
Says Scott Collins, President of Xtend, “The open office environment of our new headquarters fosters a focused team environment where each of our business units can work together toward our common goal of providing ‘over the top’ support of our credit union partners and their members. For the first time since we formed the company our entire staff is under the same roof, and the results are already showing. This is an exciting step for our growing company — hanging out our own shingle if you will — and we look forward to showing off the space to our owners and partners.”
Collins also notes that the construction work was completed quicker than anticipated and attributes his partners at CU*Answers, Inc. for managing the overall project during a colder and snowier than normal Michigan winter.
