Walking in the Member’s Shoes

The dedication to “Walking in the Member’s Shoes” or understanding the credit union member’s needs is an integral part of what makes CU*Answers a very unique company. The cooperative CUSO takes the concept of relating to credit union members one step further by encouraging employees to start credit union accounts, and become the member! Recently in a partnership with local CU, Western Districts Members Credit Union, CU*Answers hosted a Special Employment Group (SEG) for its employees to join the ranks of credit union members. The CUSO’s goal is to encourage its employees to better understand the tools and services they offer. CU*Answers will continue to “Walk in the Member’s Shoes” by including great credit union information for its new employees during the orientation process. By becoming members themselves CU*Answers employees will be able to experience and meet the members’ needs first hand!
