West Michigan-based core data processor, CU*Answers, announced that University of Toledo Federal Credit Union successfully converted to the CU*BASE data processing system in April. The credit union represents 6,500 members and $68.3 million in assets.

University of Toledo FCU was able to offer its members new and improved services through CU*Answers including It’s Me 247 Online Banking, mobile banking, and electronic document storage. Credit union staff will have access to a wide variety of tracking and reporting dashboards as part of the comprehensive data processing system, allowing them to better serve existing members. A spokesperson from CU*Answers stated: “We are excited for the new partnership with University of Toledo FCU. We believe the credit union and its members will be excited about several new features and offerings following the conversion.”

University of Toledo FCU represents the 18th Ohio-based credit union currently utilizing CU*Answers for core processing services, with three more Ohio credit unions pending conversion.
