Almost forty credit unions attended CU*Answers’ August “Tricks of the Trade” webinar in August. The webinar featured resources to assist clients with learning more about the new membership application CU*Answers is currently rolling out across its network.

The 32nd Tricks of the Trade webinar featured the five ‘top picks’ designed to help clients learn more about the online membership application, including a development web page, a reference piece, and a project timeline.

Alycia Meyers, technical writer, attributes the success of the Tricks of the Trade to the fact that its goal is always to make their clients’ jobs easier and that it features timely material. “There is such a wealth of documentation resources that CU*Answers offers to clients,” Meyers said. “Featuring highlights of five top picks each month makes things manageable. We pick hot topics and that gives also clients an incentive to attend.”
