eDOC Innovations recently announced that of the 41 credit unions using the Check21 solution provided by the Processing Alliance CUSO, six (6) have successfully implemented eDOC’s CheckLogic branch check capture solution.
Earlier this year, the two CUSOs agreed to partner and transition Processing Alliance clients to CheckLogic, a comprehensive branch, merchant/remote deposit and full service document imaging system. In addition to electronic forward clearing, the system includes the ability to facilitate balancing and check image retrieval.
According to the eDOC CUSO, of the 41 credit unions serviced by Processing Alliance, 6 are in the implementation stage and three additional in the queue. Six more are in the mid-stages of the transition with the rest in the early preparation stage. River Valley Credit Union of Ada, Michigan was one of the first to migrate. Janelle Higgison, CEO of the Credit Union reported that she is pleased with the simplicity of the settlement process, and the transition went very well.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with Processing Alliance in providing CheckLogic to these 41 credit union peers. We look forward in making this a springboard to enhance these organizations’ e-document strategy,” said Bret Weekes, President/CEO of eDOC Innovations.
