Shoreline Credit Union in Wisconsin Getting Ready for Conversion to CU*Answers’ Core System

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, cooperative CUSO, is preparing for the conversion of Shoreline Credit Union (10,000 members and $91 million in assets) to the CU*Answers CU*BASE® core data processing system. The CU*Answers programming team has been working on the conversion files to convert the data and the staff at Shoreline Credit Union is currently taking classes via the CU*Answers University Online Education system and preparing for trainers to come in to the credit union to do three weeks of onsite training.

The conversion to CU*BASE will happen the first week of June 2016 and CU*Answers will have a full staff of accounting, lending, member service, teller and network services individuals to assist with the first week of the conversion. CU*Answers will also have staff on site the next two weeks of the conversion to assist with questions.
