CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based core data processor, announced that with the 12.2 release of its data processing software CU*BASE^®, credit union members will be able to print loan coupons on demand from It’s Me 247, the CUSO’s online banking platform. Members logged into their online banking account will be able to print up to nine loan coupons at a time, and to indicate the starting date by month and year for the coupons.

“This feature gives credit unions a free method to continue to offer loan coupons as a service to members who desire this feature,” said Scott Page, EVP of CU*Answers. Providing the ability for members to serve themselves and print their own loan coupons from It’s Me 247 online banking moves credit unions one step closer to eliminating the cost of print and mail coupons, yet still retain high customer service standards.”
