The Lender*VP Collections team, a division of CU*Answers, recently accepted an agreement with $530M Notre Dame Federal Credit Union to work early stage delinquent accounts. “Clients find that they need to spend time focusing on the highly delinquent accounts that require more input form the credit union and having us work the early delinquent accounts puts them in a position to free up that time,” noted Jerry Collins, collections manager at CU*Answers.

Notre Dame FCU has the added advantage of being able to test out the work from CU*Answers and be in the driver’s seat to craft a completely unique engagement tailored to their needs. In order to meet the diverse needs of its clients, the Collections team has evolved its service offerings to act either as stop gap or fully outsourced collections team for credit unions.
