CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, announced a new enhancement to the Next Suggested Product in CU*BASE® for saving time and energy in cross selling credit union products. Next Suggested Product (NSP) is an excellent way to remind credit union employees to market the credit union’s bigger promotions. Once a graphic or text is associated with a Cross Sales task, the reminder is then displayed to teller and member service representatives. The latest release simplifies the process making it even quicker to track cross sales activity.

CU*Answers does three major releases a year plus monthly updates, with roughly 85% of software ideas implemented with CU*BASE come directly from client suggestion. Per Mike Gruber, Regional Sales Representative: “This enhancement is a perfect example of how our credit unions can make suggestions on how to improve the CU*BASE system and we’ll listen. This enhancement came from an “Idea Form” that gives clients the ability to suggest an improvement to CU*BASE.”
