Online credit union clients of CU*Answers now have the ability to enable a seamless NADA (National Automobile Dealer Association) integrated valuation tool within the CU*BASE core platform to populate the automobile’s current value directly into the collateral record. This new integration allows loan officers to verify the value of vehicles by simply entering the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and mileage, then selecting the trim package. The valuation can be printed or archived and will populate into the loan application, eliminating the need to leave the loan application workflow to complete the process.
