CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based core data processing cooperative, announced that it recently completed converting Monroe County Community Credit Union (Monroe, MI) to its CU*BASE processing platform.
CU*Answers said the credit union implemented the CU*BASE SaaS processing solution, which offers a combination of deep core functionality embedded with an array of member self-service capabilities. Several of these include the It’s Me 247 Online Banking system, e-statements, e-alerts and e-notices, Mobile Web, Mobile Text, CU*Talk Audio Response, and much more.
Monroe County Community Credit Union represents approximately 27,500 members and $174M in assets. The credit union also became the 115th stockowner of CU*Answers, having purchased stock in 2014. As an owner, Monroe County Community will have an equal voting privilege and will have an opportunity to help shape the future of the organization.
