MidUSA Credit Union Chooses CU*Answers Network Services

MidUSA Credit Union, based in Middletown, OH has chosen CU*Answers Network Services (CNS) as their managed technologies service provider, utilizing the Complete Care and Virtual Branch Business Continuity services.

Mark Wintzinger, VP of Finance and Accounting at MidUSA CU, comments “We are looking forward to implementing our managed technology strategy with CU*Answers Network Services and the integration with our new core data processor, CU*Answers. The management services from CNS will provide us overall efficiencies for staff by automating many monitoring and auditing processes, as well as backing up our current IT staff with the expertise and resources at CU*Answers. MidUSA Credit Union is scheduled to go live on the CNS technology management platform in Spring 2013.
