The Lender*VP division of CU*Answers added yet another client to their growing list. $214M Vacationland FCU signed up for the service bringing the total clients for CU*Answers to 19.

“We have clients all over the country now, but we really have a large concentration in the Midwest area,” commented Jerry Collins, manager of the fast-growing team.

“Credit unions are reaching out to us to help solve their daily collections challenges. Not all clients request a full replacement of their existing collections work—some come to us to help fill the gaps in vacations and leaves of absence.”
