The Lender*VP Collections team at CU*Answers announced that it has added Cornerstone Community Credit Union as its 20^th client. The $21 million, Des Moines, Iowa credit union chose the CU*Answers team to help them consistently work on their delinquent portfolio. “Cornerstone Community was in the process of re-staffing their lending team and realized that we can be more cost effective and stable,” said Jerry Collins, the manager of the Collections team. “When one of our team is gone, the work still gets done; that is not usually the case for small credit unions that often only have one collections officer.”
