CU*Answers Lender*VP Collections team is growing!  The team has seen a spike in interest in services in recent months.  In October alone, seven client proposals were submitted.  “We have seen an increase of interest in our product but this has been the busiest month to date,” stated Jerry Collins, Manager of the Collections team. “This confirms that we are offering a value-add for our credit union clients that they can implement and keep their budget intact.”  Currently the Collections team services 15 credit unions across the country and on the verge of rapid expansion. More exciting changes are coming in 2015 so stay tuned!
