CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, announced it will be deploying the latest software upgrade to its flagship core processing system, CU*BASE, to self-processing credit unions on December 12th & 13th. The 16.12 software upgrade was made available to online credit unions and Site-Four on the 4th. This winter upgrade is the 5th this calendar year. Changes include improvements to multiple dashboards, enhancements to budgeting tools, write-off/charge off details, and updated forms.
