eDOC Supports NW Ohio Chapter League Foundation Fundraiser

eDOC Innovations, aside other area credit unions and venders raised $1,057 at the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Ohio Credit Union League’s League Foundation Silent Auction.  The event also gave an opportunity for credit unions and vendors to network, while enjoying an evening of dinner and fun at the Toledo Walleye Hockey game.

145 people from 15 credit unions, vendors and guests, bid on donated gift baskets and other items raising over 1K for the Ohio Credit Union Foundation.  The event also included several credit union mascots: “Sunny” from Sun FCU, “Sparkles” from Directions CU, “Champ” from Champion CU, and “Speedy” from TPS CU. Local team mascots also came out to support the cause, including: “Cat Trick and Spike” from the Toledo Walleye Hockey, and “Muddy” from Toledo Mud Hens Baseball.  You can view photos of these mascots at this event by visiting the eDOC Facebook page here: www.facebook.com/edoclogic.

Kathy Kanipe, CEO of Parish Federal Credit Union, based in Toledo, placed the winning bid of $50 for the eDOC Innovations gift basket.  The basket included a $50 Best Buy gift card, an eDOC Innovations special edition mug, and select Vermont products.  The Items included in the basket represent eDOC’s drive for technology, and a little bit of where eDOC calls home, Middlebury, Vermont. Kanipe said, “I loved all the items in the basket, and especially the Vermont products. I am anxious to share them with friends and family”.  Kathy is also on the Board of the Ohio Credit Union Foundation and thanked eDOC for our support.
