CUSO Completes Major Process Improvement Project

CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, recently completed improvements to its nightly processing cycle. This marks the completion of a series of changes, including revised purges and stand-in improvements that have been ongoing for several months.

“These changes result in night-cycle processing times that are close to one tenth the time they required formerly,” said Todd Underhill, OpsEngine Production Manager.

“This is the culmination of a project that represents one of the largest processing changes in years,” added OpsEngine Business Development Manager, Jeff Miller. “CU*Answers will be using this as a springboard for further changes for year-end processing and localized time-zone processing across the partnership network in the near future.”
