CUSO Announces New Sales Coordinator

Julie Gessner, Manager with Xtend Inc. a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, has been awarded with the position of Administrator/Coordinator with CU*Answers, Inc., a CUSO also located in Grand Rapids. This position is reserved for a front-line leader within the organization dedicated to the CU*Answers business participation and ownership models. Ms. Gessner joins the team with robust knowledge of the CU*Answers core platform, CU*BASE®, as well as the rich product and service suite of the cuasterisk.com network.

Gessner, a ten year veteran of the firm joined CU*Answers as a member of the Client Services Team. In the past decade her achievements include the development of ongoing communications support models, Member Reach electronic delivery programs, CU*BASE Cross Sales/Tracker Development, Next Suggested Product and Smart Message programs. Julie’s further accomplishments include serving as mediator to the Xtend Shared Branch Advisory Committee, increasing revenues for Xtend and seeing Xtend to NACUSO in 2011 to receive the Collaboration and Innovation CUSO of the Year Achievement Award.
