Cumberland County FCU, based in Falmouth, Maine, has finalized the next phase of an ongoing automation project in collaboration with CU*Answers, a Michigan-based cooperative CUSO. In this phase of the ongoing automation initiative, Cumberland County FCU has completely automated its end of month processing. This provides the credit union the ability to complete end-of-month operations in an unattended manner has been a great advantage for credit unions in terms of processing accuracy and overall efficiency at end of month.

Completion of this project by OpsEngine, the operations production team of CU*Answers, indicates that completion of this project lays the groundwork for additional upcoming automation projects.
