West Michigan based CUSOs, CU*Answers and Xtend, announced that they had concluded the Annual Joint Planning Session. The event was held August 21-23, 2012, at the J.W. Marriott in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

This key event is a joint opportunity for board members and leadership teams to participate and review the upcoming year’s business plan and budget. This transparent process is used to evaluate targets and goals for the next year and beyond. The collaboration of board members from both CUSOs, staff, and CEOs, enhances the value of ownership and develops the targeted goals that will benefit their client credit unions and the 1.5 million members they serve nationwide every day.  The three day event was deemed a success by those attending.

Preparation for next year’s Annual Planning Session is already underway. The next scheduled event is CU*Answers CEO Strategies Week, on November 5-9, 2012.
