CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, is hosting a webinar for its credit union partners on August 12th from 2:00–3:00 PM EST on the new features of their Automated 5300 Call Report Tool and also their Risk Management Features. The featured hosts of this webinar will be Karen Sorensen, Technical Writer and 5300 Call Report Tool specialist, and Jim Vilker, CU*Answers VP of Professional Services. The webinar will discuss the features recently added to the Call Report ratios dashboard, including the ability to add a goal and a policy to each ratio. The webinar will also focus on the Ratio Management abilities, setting thresholds and understanding trends.
