CU*Answers Updating Navigation of Online Banking

West Michigan based data processing CUSO, CU*Answers, announced that it is in the process of updating the navigation and look to its premier online banking product It’s Me 247. CU*Answers stated they are looking to improve the member’s online banking experience by providing It’s Me 247 with a more modern look and feel, with more robust navigation capabilities. A CU*Answers representative added that as the CUSO continues to add new and exciting features to online banking, that there must naturally be improvements made to the access of these features.

The CUSO went on to say that all clients should see the new feature being implemented at no cost in the early part of 2013. More information, including a video overview of the new look, is available from the “Kitchen” on CU*Answers’ website.
