CU*Answers is proud of its employees and the work that they do. In order to recognize staff and their efforts, as well as promote the positive team environment, CU*Answers will implement an Employee Spotlight program. This will allow employees to better familiarize themselves with all of the wonderful people that work for CU*Answers and the roles that they play in making the company successful.

The Employee Spotlight will go out to all staff via email and will highlight one randomly selected employee each month. These spotlights will include a picture of the randomly selected staff member, an overview about what that employee does, as well as any special projects that they are working on or fun facts about their personal life that they would like to share. The Organizational Resource Development team at CU*Answers is excited to see the first spotlight roll out this December and hopes that all staff members will take a moment to look it over and acknowledge the highlighted employee for their contributions.
