CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned CUSO, will hold its final Collections Roundtable of 2016 on November 16th. The event will be hosted at the CU*Answers corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The free-to-attend Collections Roundtable is an open forum discussion on collections laws, internal procedures, and system processes on the CUSO’s flagship core processing system, CU*BASE®. In total, CU*Answers hosts collections roundtable events four times throughout the year.
