CU*Answers recently announced the dates of its northern Michigan regional training event. To increase the number of clients able to attend, the CUSO is holding the event in two separate locations in northern Michigan. The event will be held at Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union in Alpena on March 21 and at TBA Credit Union in Traverse City on March 22. Participants can expect a day full of learning and networking. The agenda for the free event includes a discussion on the CU*Answers Internet Retailer Support Center as well as the new CU*Answers Mobile App 2.0. Also included in the day’s agenda is a discussion on eSign and how this can help credit unions reach more members remotely. The event will even include a free lunch to allow participants to network with fellow CU*Answers clients.
