CU*Answers, the 100% credit-union owned CUSO, will be hosting two free Northern Michigan Regional Training Events. The first of the two will be hosted by Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union in Alpena, Michigan, on Tuesday, March 21st from 9AM – 4PM ET. The second training event will be held in Traverse City, Michigan, at TBA Credit Union on Wednesday, March 22nd from 9AM – 4PM ET.

These training events will focus on a detailed overview of the Internet Retailer Support Center, including the new online membership application and opening processes, remote deposit capture, and more. There will also be insider tips for using eSign, as well as a best practice review for your imaging solutions.
