CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, cooperative CUSO, recently began its “Active Beta” educational series aimed at credit union leaders. As part of the Executive Study Group initiative that provides a forum for leaders to discuss the issues that affect their institutions, teams, business and the industry at large, participants attend to discover new strategies to make their operations more effective. The Active Beta webinar series centers around analytical dashboards in the CU*BASE® core platform and how to use them more effectively to drive ROA, products, services and market penetration.

The series started on January 12th with a review and discussion of the EFT Portfolio Dashboard and is held every Thursday for 20 weeks. The February sessions will be Where Your Members Borrow (Feb. 2), Where Your Members Borrow Shop (Feb. 9), Targeted Tiered Score Analysis (Feb. 16) and Credit Score History Analysis (Feb. 23).
