CU*Answers Signs Fifteen Clients to Payveris Partnership

Last month, CU*Answers formally unveiled its new partnership with Payveris, a next generation online mobile payments company, with a primary goal of delivering a fully integrated, streamlined online banking and payments service to its clients’ members, and at a fraction of the cost normally incurred. After just two weeks, fifteen credit unions have signed an agreement for It’s Me 247 Bill Pay with payments processing by Payveris.

With most bill pay services, members likely notice that they are accessing a 3rd party provider outside the confines of online banking—with It’s Me 247 Bill Pay, that’s no longer a concern. Members are provided an environment which maintains an identical look and feel to the It’s Me 247 online banking system. The benefit of a bill pay service designed directly within online banking goes beyond the look; it improves user experience as quick links can be added to quickly navigate, make payments, and transfer funds as desired.

To kick-off the new bill pay relationship, CU*Answers is offering two promotional programs meant to help credit unions either not already offering bill pay, or those credit unions who have 150 or fewer users and are anxious to take their bill pay service to a higher level. For each program, CU*Answers is participating financially with their clients by paying up to 50% of a qualifying credit union’s bill pay invoice for a full 2-year period in order to help them promote this service to members.

The first credit unions are scheduled to implement the new CU*Answers/ Payveris native bill pay system during November and December.
