CU*Answers, a 100% credit union owned CUSO, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, encourages its staff through the Presence Over Video (POV) initiative to participate in face-to-face meetings in a virtual space. Technology is always changing, and the popularity of video conferencing has steadily increased over that last few years. The POV initiative encourages CU*Answers employees and credit unions to actively participate in video conferencing.
