West Michigan based data processor, CU*Answers, recently released the 4^th volume to its “Tricks of the Trade” series. The free education series gives CU*Answers clients a best practices approach to several data processing routines. CU*Answers stated the 4^th volume is focused on Management Dashboards and Marketing Tools within its core platform, CU*BASE. The ‘tips’ included in this volume will help Credit Union management staff quickly locate the unique dashboard tools, find detailed information within each dashboard, and show how the credit union can use the info to make better business decisions.
