West Michigan based data processor, CU*Answers, recently released the 14th volume to its “Tricks of the Trade” series. The free education series gives CU*Answers clients a best practices approach to several data processing routines. CU*Answers stated the 14th volume highlights several new projects that have either been implemented in CU*Answers’ flagship data processing software, CU*BASE®, or are on the horizon. CU*Answers stated several of these new projects are a reminder to clients that the new features are available and can be implemented very easily and in many cases at no cost to the credit union.
A CUSO representative continued to say that the series also provides credit union clients with links to a wide variety of documentation and reference material produced by CU*Answers to assist credit unions. CU*Answers is committed to ensuring clients have all the tools and resources necessary to maximize their data processing investment.
