West Michigan based data processor, CU*Answers, recently released the 13th volume to its “Tricks of the Trade” series. The free education series gives CU*Answers clients a best practices approach to several data processing routines. CU*Answers stated the 13th volume is focused on member communication and the tools that CU*Answers offers at no charge for data processing clients.
The new publication highlights how Credit Unions can utilize the CU*BASE® core data processing system to easily generate member communication lists and deliver messages through a variety of channels.
