CU*Answers, a 100% credit union-owned core data processor, released a new video customization service that allows credit unions to brand member-facing videos. Credit unions can select between basic or deluxe packages. The basic service incorporates the credit union’s logo instead of the standard It’s Me 247 branding, plus text customization. The deluxe package includes the basic service items as well as voice customization and feature customization. The videos available for customization include It’s Me 247 how-to and marketing videos.
