CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, announced it has deployed the latest software upgrade to its flagship core processing system, CU*BASE®. The 15.3 software upgrade was released to online clients on December 6th and to self-processing clients on December 14th and 15th. According to CU*Answers, the software upgrade is considered a minor software release in the CUSO’s annual software release plan. However, the release has several exciting new features and also makes the necessary changes for year-end processing.
The cooperative CUSO stated that up to 85% of software ideas implemented with CU*BASE upgrades come directly from client suggestion. Client operations should not be interrupted by the new software upgrade and all software improvements are being released to clients at no additional cost.
